These Inspire 3 silicone straps come in two different sizes. The sizes are as followed:

• Size S: 15cm to 20.5cm wrist circumference (5.5" to 8")
• Size L: 17cm to 24cm wrist circumference (7" to 9.5")

These sizes are strap + Inpsire 3 watch, so the total size of your wrist. To measure, you could use your old strap and watch. Alternatively, you could wrap a piece of string or strip of paper around your wrist and measure the outcome. 

How to change your Fitit Inspire 3 strap

The Fitbit Inspire 3 has a special system to exchange your strap. The system is simular to the QuickRelease system, as it uses sprung pins to connect your strap to the watch. To change your strap, follow these simple steps:

1. To open the pin, slide it towards the inside using your finger nail.
2. Now gently remove your old watch strap.
3. Place the pin of the new strap in one side of the watch strap connector
4. Open the pin to allow the strap to be inserted
5. Let go of the pin once it's over the hole, and make sure your strap is connected properly.
